Why do you matter to customers?  In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss how to stay in sync with your customers’ perspectives and create tangible, unique, and relevant value propositions that link your product’s features and capabilities to customers’ business goals or personal needs.  Most importantly, we’ll practice collaborating with customers instead of selling to them.
