A Story of not Just Another Typical Minority Female Entrepreneur

She had a dream, and a big one too…..

Christina Yu came to the Bay Area 15 years ago with only $250 in her pocket and a huge dream – a dream to make her mark and make a difference in the local corporate landscape.

It is exactly because of that dream and her relentless pursuit of it, she now operates and manages a team of professionals that handles in excess of 50 millions dollars in annual benefit expenditures for various corporations locally and globally, as well as providing operation consultation services to more than 200 startup clients.

All this didn’t just happen magically for Christina.  Like many before her, she started modestly, working in a CPA firm and quickly gained experiences in overseas investment banking maneuvering that later became invaluable to her personal and professional growth.

The early career experience was key in Christina’s decision to work with the start-up clients and firms.  After conducting extensive research in streamlining and optimizing the start-up processes for various business models, Christina decided to launch her own start-up company – IntoBenefits, Inc. – and began to provide professional assistance and services to help her clients in starting and building businesses in different trades of the industry.  Today, IntoBenefits, Inc. is a leading provider of employee benefit consulting services that engages directly to the HR operations of the various clients.

As the founder and CEO of IntoBenefits, Inc., Christina Yu enjoys being a successful entrepreneur and business executive, with impeccable expertise and unparallel passion to help others in building their businesses and their dreams.

And, as if she is not already busy enough, when Christina is not wearing the CEO hat of IntoBenefits, Inc., she also spends a great deal of her time teaching, mentoring, and consulting start-up corporation clients, as well as giving lectures to both business and academic audiences in optimizing the start-up processes suited for individual business.
